NO CANDY HERE... i just hate hallowen. its creepy and against my region.. Christians. its about evil stuff and kids just always think its fun. but the concept behind hallowen it ver comlicated.

Healthy fun pasta sauce

This is a healthy pasta sauce I've been cooking a lot since i moved and here's a recipe I found quite tasty. You would need : (Sorry about not being specific.) 1 pack of sea / crab stick 2 cans of canned tuna 2 Fuzzy melon (If you cant find that, use Zhuccini) 2 onions  Carbonara sauce Steps: 1. Chop the onions and Fuzzy melon  2. put the above in a frying pan and add water to boil them 3. Boil until the water is nearly all evaporate 4.Add the tuna and the chopped sea sticks into the frying pan 5.Stir the vegetables and tuna around for a bit 6.Add the carbonara sauce 7. Let it simmer for 5 mintues until it gently bubbles 8.Serve
